Your personal details are highly confidential and it should go without needing to be said. But for your assurance, we spell it out.

1. Under no circumstance will your CV ever be submitted to a third party, without your express permission. Make this the rule with everyone with whom you speak to about job change.
2. We will never seek to submit your details on an assignment that you have already discussed with another party. Make this the rule too with everyone with whom you speak. Client organisations regard dual submissions as a sign of a lack of attention to detail by the candidate.
