My client, a large global healthcare organisation specialising in high quality medicines, with a passion for championing better health around the world, are currently seeking to hire a Compensation and Benefits Manager to develop and implement the design of compensation best practices across Europe.
As the Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will prepare analysis and recommendations on compensation for the Total Rewards team and also support the content development, process roll-out, training and communication of compensation initiatives. You will also evaluate programs and systems related to reward programs in line with business strategies and work at a global and local level with HR, Global Mobility and Reward on interesting projects including, M&A reward integration and wellness programs.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to degree level, have at least 5 years’ experience in the Reward space, possess exceptional organisational and attention to detail skills and have the ability to write comprehensive reports and business correspondence. You will be able to demonstrate numerical ability, possess advanced knowledge of excel, be a self-starter with strong project management skills, and have the ability to develop and build relationships.
