My client is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to be part of their Supply Chain department. This role will liaise with multiple customers across the Irish market, ensuring streamlined communication between customers and the warehouse, as well as the internal support functions of Sales and Marketing. This is a highly analytical role, focused on forecasting and supply planning for key accounts.
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will be a customer champion with the ability to work well cross-functionally. You will also possess strong project management skills and a continuous improvement mind-set.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience within an FMCG or other highly regulated industry. SAP proficiency is essential. My client is looking for a dynamic individual who can take accountability for their work and is not afraid to drive change in their area.
