Finance Team Leader

My client is an award winning, fortune 500 company who provide professional services to their multinational clients. They are seeking a Team Leader to run a team of Finance & Client Services support executives who deal directly with clients on a daily basis. The Team leader will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers top class customer service while building effective relationships at all times. Part of the role of Team Leader will entail liaising directly with clients to ensure SLA’s are being adhered to along with:

  • Following procedures and processes and encouraging best practice, while providing knowledge and understanding to coach and support others with less experience
  • Understanding and report on profit and loss, weekly reports, monthly reports and internal and external reporting
  • Raising purchase orders, billing, posting invoices
  • Maintaining contract KPI spreadsheet & analysis
  • Ensuring and driving uniformed contract information across business units
  • Ad-hoc month end review
  • Weekly debt call and updates
  • Performing with an understanding of business requirements and changes, and ensuring continuous improvement
  • Achieving results within quality, time, and budget while actively driving improvement and leading the team performance through motivation, thus winning commitment from them

To be considered for this role, you will have a background in Finance – preferably you will have commenced an accountancy qualification. You will have a background in a B2B customer liaison environment and will possess minimum 1 years’ experience as a Team Lead in a multinational organisation. The main focus of this role is to drive results through your team and provide support and training. You will also support the business unit with month end and financial reporting.

Salary: up to €42,000 + Health + Pension
