My client, a large Irish insurance company, are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join their well-established and proactive HR Department to support a fast paced business unit across a broad range of HR activities and initiatives to implement change and add value to effective business objectives.
As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with Senior Management on key HR areas including; performance management, recruitment and retention, employee engagement and a significant focus on reward at a company wide level.
The right candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience at Business Partner level within a fast paced and changing environment, hold a HR qualification and be CIPD accredited. You will have the energy, ambition and effective communication skills to develop within the organisation and add value to the HR team and overall business.
