HR & IS Analyst

One of Irelands leading commercial law firms with a network of overseas offices seek to hire an experienced HR & IT Analyst to join their progressive, collegiate and future focused team. With a client base including the majority of the Fortune 100 companies, this international law firm advise leading global technology and banking brands.

The Role

This new position will be responsible for; the implementation, maintenance and integrity of the HR data process within the organisation. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will have ownership for the production of accurate and timely reports and be the subject matter expert for all employees.


  • Balance and validate large volumes of data from the company system in line with project needs and requirements
  • Complete detailed comparative reviews from two systems and identify and solve inconsistencies that arise
  • Support a development team in problem solving data extraction issues and contribute towards the operational efficiency of the HR team to achieve improvements in company processes
  • Review the business master data records for accuracy and testing of accuracy of reporting on the converted data
  • Provide training and support to senior management on new system features and serve as a key liaison with third parties and stakeholders
  • Work with other team members to complete assigned tasks and attend weekly project meetings

The Person

  • As the HR & IT Analyst, you will have at least 2-3 years’ experience of working in a similar role and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or a related discipline
  • You will possess excellent high level attention to detail, administrative, communication and report writing skills
  • Strong analytical, IT and Project Management skills is extremely important for this role
  • A working knowledge of HR Information Systems or process change programmes is desirable
  • You must have the ability to collaborate and build effective relationships internally and externally with all levels of stakeholders
