Our client is a world leading fleet management company operating across 30 countries acting as a trusted partner to corporate, SME and private and mobility service clients. With Ireland being the strategic location for services, there is an opportunity for a HR Manager to join the business and provide comprehensive, high quality HR support over the full employee lifecycle delivering a range of operational and project-based HR activities and executing the People and Business Strategy.

Reporting to the Managing Directors for 2 business units, the HR Manager will be responsible for the full HR suite of services, proactively engaging the employee population to deliver on all HR activities. With a view of HR as a value driver within the business, there is opportunity for the successful candidate to help shape the future of the business whilst operating in one of the world's most dynamic industries. Working as the HR Manager, this key role will partner and collaborate effectively with the Senior Leadership Teams, People Managers and Central HR Teams as well as building valuable relationships with external stakeholders.

Preferably, the candidate will hold a degree in HR or a related discipline and be CIPD accredited. A knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday or CoreHR is desirable. To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrated HR experience in a similar corporate environment, ideally within a global structure and have strong experience in partnering with multiple stakeholders. You will have a 'hands-on' approach and the ability to work operationally and strategically across the organisation. Change management and transformational engagement are key to success in this role and experience of managing HR budgets is required.
