As and experienced HR Manager in the customer services sector you will have at least 4 years in HR with 2 years at an Assistant/Management level. You will hold a degree in HR and be knowledgeable in legislation and health and safety. You will have an open door approach to solving problems and clear strengths in leading and motivating a team.
