A leading professional financial services organisation specialising in wealth management, asset management, capital markets and financial advisory services have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join the business to support and develop the People Strategy and deliver HR Plans in line the business needs and the overall Organisational Strategy.
As the HR Manager with this leading brand, you will have the responsibility to partner with the business on key HR initiatives – Organisation Structure, Workforce Planning, Learning and Development, Talent and Performance Management, Business Change Programmes and Employee Engagement. To consider this amazing opportunity, you will have a relevant degree and be CIPD qualified, hold at least 7+ years’ experience in a challenging HR role, possess a breath of knowledge across all aspects of HR and employment law, have proven influencing, communication, and negotiation skills, have the ability to build credibility and have the gravitas to engage with senior levels within the business. A distinct advantage is experience and exposure of business change programmes and engagement projects along with a technical and analytical mindset.
A salary of €60,000 to €95,000 is offered for this role depending on the experience of the successful candidate.
