My client, a large Irish marketing communications group with large scale operations across the digital, research, recruitment and education, sponsorship, communications and marketing spaces, are currently seeking to hire a HR Manager to join their brand to oversee and manage the operational day to day HR function and work with the wider HR team to ensure the operational delivery of HR whilst making a significant contribution to the development and implementation of the company’s strategic people plan.
As the HR Manager for this growing organisation, you will ensure the operational function is maintained to a high standard, work with senior management around delivery of development and implementation of HR initiatives to meet the overall business goal, manage the employee engagement and retention programme, actively foster a culture of engagement in line with the company values, oversee and manage the performance management system and ensure career progression opportunities across the business to add value to the retention strategy for the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to degree level and have at least 5 plus years’ experience in a HR Manager or HR Business Partner role, CIPD is desirable. You will be a motivated individual with the ability to work within a fast paced structure and environment, have a proactive approach to problem solving, have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise a busy work schedule, strong leadership skills and possess a great understanding of employment law legislation.
