Our client, a large telecommunications organisation providing a broad range of services to their customers across a global geography are currently seeking to hire a Team Leader for their HR and Recruitment Department to lead, manage and mentor a team of professionals across various teams.
As the Team Leader, you will work collaboratively with your direct reports and other team leaders to support Senior Management in the business with HR and Recruitment matters and ensure effective delivery of operational and project initiatives in this space. You will also have the responsibility to develop team members through coaching, recognition and regular feedback sessions and provide them with the opportunities to progress in the wider HR function.
The ideal candidate will have strong people management experience that includes engagement, performance management and recruitment and selection and have worked in a HR or Recruitment environment. The ability to develop people, work in a fast paced and proactive environment and communicate at all levels of the organisation including presenting to Senior Management is key to the success of this role.
