Reporting directly into the Head of Global Reward and Performance, the International Compensation and Benefits manager will be working in close collaboration with senior leaders across Europe and in country HRD’s. The company operates in an evolved Ulrich matrix structure and as such the role will involve working on the design and execution of reward and performance infrastructures that support talent development and growth. The business agenda is largely one of growth, so this individual will be heavily involved in partnering the brand as it scales it operations up and into new markets. The role will be charged with the design and execution of innovative reward and performance frameworks that enable consistent people management decision making. You will also be involved in leading the annual people processes for performance, reward and bonus reviews. You will also spend a lot of time coaching management and leadership teams alongside HRDs through any reward and performance issues they may have and challenging them on bringing ideas to the table to be able to deliver on business objectives.
To be considered for this superb opportunity candidates will need to demonstrate a significant background in national or international reward and performance management. As an expert in reward frameworks, you will understand the complexity of national and international reward structures and clearly demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Ideally you will have previous experience of working across international markets. In addition, you will need to have exceptional stakeholder management skills and be able to demonstrate where you have made a visible impact to your previous businesses through reward partnering. The role will be based in state of the art offices in Dublin 1, however candidates will need to travel as required.
