This specialist group advises major domestic and global brands on all aspects of IP infringement, IP litigation and Data Privacy and regularly acts as lead global counsel on major disputes.

Suitable candidates will have gained 4-5 years' PQE in contentious IP with a large commercial law firm in Dublin, Cork or in the UK. In addition, the successful candidate will be personable, collaborative and team oriented.
