Due to continued expansion, a new position has been created for an IT Helpdesk and Systems Administrator.
As the new IT Helpdesk & Systems Admin, you will be the primary point of contact to the IT Department within the business, providing support for applications (Trackwise and SharePoint). You will take ownership for the development and maintenance of the Help Desk Application, managing and logging all tickets and escalating to other team members where required.
The ideal IT Helpdesk & Systems Admin will have a relevant diploma / degree in computer science, engineering, business (or a related field), along with previous experience in a helpdesk environment (desirable). In addition, you will demonstrate:
