This organisation is a leading Enterprise Financial Services company with expanding operations in Dublin. Working within a technology team of over 120, you will play a key role in leading Automation Testing within the Test Team of 12.

Work across multiple technology and business units to analyse and translate complex requirement, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and well defined.
Help to develop critical business and project plans and ensure delivery against these through effective management of time lines and project deadlines.
Designing, develop and execute automation tests in a complex and varied technical development environment
Play a critical role within the test team, developing complex automated test plans in a custom development environment using Java, Cucumber, Selenium & SQL.
Lead the automation of test requirements across all areas including functional, regression (including managing risk) and integration.
Oversee and mitigate risk on the introduction of defects into the test environments.
Mentor junior tester analysts to develop their technical competency in their delivery of test solutions
You will be degree qualified with at least 5 years in automation testing using Java, Cucumber & Selenium
You will have worked with SQL Databases, run SQL statements and use the databases to extract key data to run effective testing
You will ideally have mentored junior team members and will be looking for a leading role in a large enterprise environment
You will have a collaborative and proactive nature, and have a real passion for high standards and bringing new ideas to the test environment
You will have worked with JIRA & Quality Centre in previous roles
