Our client is a legal firm based in Dublin who are looking to hire a Marketing Communications Manager to expand their Marketing & Business Development team. This position will report into the Head of Marketing & Business Development and have one direct report.

The Role

As Marketing Communications Manager, you will have day to day ownership of all marketing and communication activity within the firm, owning and developing marketing communications strategies. In addition you will:

• Have responsibility for the development & ownership of a content management plan for both digital and traditional channels, digital marketing, business & press advertising, media/PR, event management and sponsorships
• Be heavily involved in the activation of partnerships and sponsorships as well as managing a number of third-party relationships as part of this position
• Have responsibility for internal communications which will include the firm's intranet and newsletters as well as external communications
• Devise and deliver quarterly marketing & communications related training to fee earners in the firm

The Person

You will have a third level qualification with experience in marketing communications, ideally within the professional services but not limited to this.

You will be passionate about marketing and can demonstrate experience in B2B campaigns or marketing initiative success.

You will have people management experience as there will be 1 direct report for this position as well as having excellent communications skills both written and verbal.

CRM, web editing and design suite experience is an advantage but not necessary.
