Our client is a leading organisation in the insurance industry based in Dublin who have grown significantly in the past 3 years to the point where they are now growing their Marketing team. They are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

As Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing on all marketing initiatives and activities including digital marketing, internal & external communications, CSR initiatives, content and marketing collateral development.

With your excellent stakeholder management skills, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, living and endorsing the organisation's values, vision and culture.

You will identify, manage and develop publications, ensuring the firm's communications are on message and within budgets while also liaising with other departments to ensure information is kept up to date.

In this role, you will track market trends and key events as well as monitor communications materials of other professional services firms, both domestic and international, to keep abreast of best practice.

The Person

You will have a third level qualification in marketing or related field with previous experience in a marketing role, insurance industry being an advantage but not necessary.

You have strong copy writing skills as well as excellent presentation skills with an ability to influence stakeholders.

In this role, you will have excellent organisation, interpersonal and communication skills in conjunction with strong negotiation skills.
