A global commercial organisation is seeking to appoint an experienced Talent Resourcing Specialist to its Dublin team. Supporting multiple business sites in Ireland and the UK this role will focus primarily on technical recruitment for key roles in engineering and IT.
The role will report into the Senior HR Business Partner and will require a minimum of four years’ recruitment experience with the capacity to work autonomously. You will be a self-starter with an ambition to develop your skill set within the commercial sector. You will have the knowledge to build talent pipelines and contribute to workforce planning.
It would be a strong advantage to have experience recruiting for both IT and engineering roles, however consideration will be given to proactive recruiters with the ability to use initiative in leading this field. Excellent progression opportunities and compensation package available.
