Because of this transformation they are seeking to hire a digital analyst to understand what drives their customers so that they can provide the best products and services to them.
As the new Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivery of insight and reporting on a daily and weekly basis. You will define, produce and maintain relevant, timely and consistent metrics across the websites and apps and create and maintain dashboards that measure performance. You will have ownership of the company’s different analytics platforms to ensure correct implementation and that the data being collected is captured correctly across all digital properties. You will be an extremely data driven individual with advanced level Excel skills and the ability to use your analytical skills to provide insights as well as recommendations for changes.
Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) are essential for this role as you will be required to interact with all levels of stakeholders and explain complex data in a clear manner to non-technical stakeholders.
