Account Manager

Our client is a global promotions company based in Dublin and a market leader in creating and delivering exciting tailor-made, promotional products for some of the world’s leading consumer brands including Coca-Cola, Nestle and Unilever. They have over 200 employees in a variety of locations around the world including: Europe, Asia and South America.

They are both positioned and recognised to be at the forefront of developments within the promotional products and marketing industry in Ireland and globally. They are currently seeking a new Account Manager to join their growing team in Dublin.

The Role:

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing process from brief to delivery whilst considering the complexities of the end markets and sometimes challenging logistics. You will play a key role in working with clients and managing promotion campaigns, both ATL and BTL.

As part of your new role, you will also be responsible for:

  • The control of the budget and the sourcing of materials for clients to add value and deliver strong service
  • Managing the print process of POS, OOH and commercial print for your clients
  • Analysing new client briefs while also discussing with brand managers the best product deck for each campaign and developing paths to meet deadlines
  • Costing and pricing of materials for clients while also maintaining and building upon strong relationships with these clients

The Person:

The ideal Account Manager will have strong agency experience or experience in a client facing role and possess strong communication and client service skills. You will be experienced in managing suppliers and have a knowledge of pricing.

Experience in managing BTL promotional campaigns and a robust management style are essential for this role.
