Job description

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable and Contracts Partner to work with the Head of Finance and Head of Contracting to lead the administration and compliance of the HRM Contractor network, including contract generation, compliance oversight, payroll calculation and the processing of payments to contractors. They will also work with the Business Account and Head of Finance to manage the supplier base of the business.

The Role

Leading the HRM Contractor Support Network

  • Generation of contracts for both Contractors and Clients, liaising with both to ensure the completion of same. Working successfully with Consultants and Head of Contracting to achieve same.
  • Managing compliance related matters. Maintaining the registrar of contractors and reporting of compliance to the business. Working with both the Head of Contracting and Head of Finance to devise and implement automation in this area.
  • Responsible for the day to day set up of our online timesheet portal, including the set up of new clients and contractors.
  • Preparing weekly/monthly payrolls for review by the Business Accountant/Head of Finance, to include related internal reports and returns to the statutory authorities.
  • Dealing with day to day queries from contractors and clients and ensuring timely responses.
  • Working directly with consultants to best support contract fulfilment and future value.

Third Party Suppliers

  • Lead and manage Accounts Payable for HRM.
  • Managing the approval process for supplier invoices, employee expenses and credit cards via SAP concur and Sage Accounts.
  • Preparation and finalisation of supplier payments runs for review by Head of Finance and Chief Executive.
  • Tasked with reviewing finance processes in this area and implementing efficiencies where identified.

Other

  • Supporting the Head of Finance on various reporting for the business.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally to achieve the goals of the company.
  • Understand and respond to the needs of internal and external customers to meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Work with others to resolve problems and support decisions that enhance clients and temporary personnel experience with and of HRM.
