A leading multinational pharmaceutical company based in Dublin now seek to employ an Accounts Payable Specialists with excellent skills in SAP and with German or Polish language skills for 3 month contracts with an immediate start.

As an Accounts Payable executive, you will report to the AP Manager within a shared services environment.

Responsibility:

• Posting of purchase invoices in accordance with accounting standards.

• Monitoring payment deadlines.

• Execution of payments.

• responding to any queries.

• Adhering to internal controls.

To be considered:

• Experience within a shared services environment.

• Strong SAP knowledge is desired.

• MS office experience.

• Academic background in Accounting/Finance.

• Fluent English.

• Polish (desired).

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

• Customer orientation.

This is a 3-month contract role with an immediate start. To be considered, you must be able to work from home.

Salary: €35,000 - €40,000, depending on experience pro-rata on an hourly basis.
