Our client is a leading speciality Healthcare company who develop and commercialise products for international markets. They have a strong presence in Europe and the UK, with an office in Ireland. They seek to hire an experienced Regulatory professional at Associate Director level to lead and manage their Regulatory function based in Ireland.

The Role:

The role reports to the Commercial and Operations Director and will have people management and oversight of the function in Ireland. The successful candidate will be the main Regulatory representative for the organisation - so this is a highly visible, critical hire for my client. The role will support both established products and other new product development programs. The position is permanent, offers flexibility to work from home and comes with a full range of benefits.

The Person:

In order to be considered you must have the following:

• A BSc or MSc in Science or related
• 8-10 years Regulatory Affairs experience within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry sectors
• Leadership / People Management experience with an ability to manage Regulatory professionals and work cross functionally as required
• CMC knowledge
