Our client is a market leading international FMCG organisation based in South Dublin who are growing their teams across a number of functions. Their marketing teams are growing significantly, and such, they are looking for a Brand Manager to join their team.
As Brand Manager, you are accountable for the implementation of the Island of Ireland Brand Activation and Digital Marketing Strategy & Plans across our product portfolio including the development of annual execution calendars.
Develop the brand to achieve performance goals across all channels on the Island of Ireland and manage specific Innovation and renovation projects for the brands through the Innovation Funnel.
Work closely with the Insight & Category teams to define consumer, shopper and category insight required to fuel brand decisions but also collaborate with wider marketing team, Commercial, Field Sales & Trade Marketing to develop and implement effective TTL marketing plans across all channels.
Own and deliver key projects that will enable the AOP to be delivered e.g. NPD, SKU portfolio strategies, pricing/promotions, consumer communication and brand activation plans and monitor Brand performance and take corrective action as required to achieve our goals.
Independently lead third party agencies for the brand including activation and digital strategy, developing and making use of consumer touch-point optimisation and full story telling process.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in brand management within FMCG industry with strong experience in digital marketing, B2B or B2C.
Commercially minded and able to interpret and analyse market data to draw actionable insights for the brand.
A creative Marketeer who shows strong leadership, problem solving, stakeholder engagement and strong influencing and decision-making skills.
Previous experience in budget management, management of P&L is beneficial.
