Business Analyst – Marketing & eCommerce

Our client is a Global market leading FMCG organisation based in the west of Dublin who is looking for a Business Analyst for their eCommerce and Marketing functions. This is a permanent position and will be based in Dublin.

The Role

As Business Analyst for the eCommerce and Marketing function, you will sue your knowledge of eCommerce platforms and marketing processes to work closely with the IT team on developing new functions for both these platforms.

You will work with the IT team with regards various IT projects and manage/perform the design, testing and application of technologies in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards.

You will work with both Marketing and eCommerce teams on requirements gathering and liaise with IT teams to ensure this data is applied effectively and efficiently and act as the global expert for processes within the function.

You will deliver assignments, taking ownership for solutions and in full compliance with global project management standards.

The Person

To be successful in this position, you will possess strong business process knowledge/experience in Digital/eCommerce and Marketing with a strong ability to identify and solve complex problems.

It would be beneficial if you have experience using SAP Hybris Commerce and SAP ECC/BI and also experience in Design Thinking.

With the ability to work in remote teams and having agile project management experience as well as experience in Design Thinking and a fluency in English, you could be successful in this position.
