Our client is a market leading advertisement organisation who own a number of renowned advertising platforms across Motor, Agri and property. They are seeking to Hire a Business Development Manager for the Agri arm of the business.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building successful relationships with key decision makers to increase and expand on revenue opportunities in Agri & Plant dealers, National Distributors and International Agri brands and manufacturers.
Through identification of sales opportunities in both existing and new accounts, you'll hit and exceed targets on a monthly & quarterly basis, managing your own prospects and customer database.
You will be the lead point of contact in your designated accounts, identifying needs of the customer and the market and sharing insights with other stakeholders internally in the business.
Given the diverse product offerings, you will be able to identify the best solution for customers based on their needs and be able to tailor solutions to these needs.
You'll have a passion for sales and have an appetite to learn about new product offerings as well as for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
You will have previous experience in sales, ideally digital sales, with a sound knowledge of the agricultural machinery industry.
You will have a strong sales ability with a proven track record of hitting targets as well as previous experience in managing, developing and maintaining customer relationships.
You are a self-starter with the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team and of your own initiative.
There will be travel involved in this position, so a full clean driving license is required.
