Our client is a leading internationally recognised executive education organisation who specialise in provide education to a wide range of clients in varying industries.
In this role, you will develop market knowledge with a focus on understanding business opportunities ensuring enhanced market intelligence and tracking of trends to remain aware of competitive offer and inform the NPD process.
You will provide insight to support the customer’s lifecycle, buying behaviour and anticipating actions to capture and enhance customer value through offline analysis of large data sets and evaluating big data technologies.
Generating reports on sectoral and company information to support business development needs, you will also collate and manage leads generated via campaigns, create a contact plan for the lead management process and then coordinate and track with various owners to map the movement.
In order to optimise performance, you will generate reports and analysis on existing clients – profiling, targeting and cleaning our database more effectively (will require advanced excel knowledge and SQL) and further analysis for specific strategic projects.
There is also an element of qualitative/quantitative research in this position through the designing and running of surveys to conduct ongoing market research on customer experience and needs.
Candidates should have experience in a CRM/Business Analyst/Data Analyst position with excellent excel and SQL experience.
Candidates should have a knowledge of marketing and be able to provide actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams, combining analytical skills and business knowledge.
Some experience in a customer facing position would be beneficial but not necessary.
You will have excellent communications skills, written and verbal and be confident in managing multiple project deadlines.
