A Culture and Values Specialist, reporting to the Chief HR Officer is required to join an established Human Resources function to project manage and support the implementation of a culture and values strategy for the organisation to enable teams and individuals to achieve their full potential.
The successful Culture and Values Specialist will work closely with the business with a hands on approach to advise and manage a broad range of communications, engagement and change management activities. Providing advice across the organisation in line with engagement initiatives and implementing creative and effective change infrastructures, this role will play a key part in supporting the business to achieve cultural and corporate objectives.
To perform successfully, you will have a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline and have practical experience in a communications or change management position and possess strong experience with employee engagement concepts and applications. You will also display a hands on approach and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Developing key stakeholder relationships is important as well as having the ability to influence and challenge effectively.
