Our client is a globally recognised FMCG company with a presence in over 100 countries. The company has experienced significant growth over the last number of years and as such, are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in their EMEA HQ based in Dublin.
The Customer Service Representative sits on a diverse team and will report directly to the Team Lead for the area. You will be responsible for the following:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience within an FMCG or other highly regulated industry. SAP proficiency is ideal, along with an additional European language. Given the fast-paced working environment, my client is looking for candidates that are flexible and can adapt quickly to changes in the market they are managing.
