Our client is looking to expand their supply chain practice by hiring an experienced Manufacturing Director professional.

The Role

• You will work closely with business partners and peers to develop a best-in-class manufacturing excellence solutions practice.
• You will demonstrate in depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge of manufacturing excellent and Continuous Improvement.
• The Director for Manufacturing excellence will manage and develop relationships with key clients to ensure delivery of large-scale supply chain and operations transformation projects.
• You will enhance business performance through the use of digital programs and in-depth root cause analysis while providing solutions where necessary.
• The Director for manufacturing will work with the wider business to actively develop their client base while having a keen interest in building and developing the supply chain practice.
• You will identify, onboard and develop a team of manufacturing excellent professionals.

The Person

• You will have extensive Manufacturing excellence knowledge with pharma being advantageous.
• You will be degree qualified in supply chain, engineering or business management with at least 5 years leadership experience in manufacturing excellence.
• A charismatic leader with exceptionally high motivation to develop a best-in-class team.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation experience.
• An experienced project manager with strong implementation experience within manufacturing environments.
