My client, a global specialist pharmaceutical company focused on innovation and specialist healthcare products with a presence in more than 30 countries worldwide and a large employee base are currently seeking to hire a Global Learning and Development Partner to join their organisation and work closely with leaders in the business to develop the L&D solution as part of the overall strategy.
As the L&D Partner, you will implement the L&D strategy in line with the organisation’s Management Academy to ensure a high performing culture and together with the Head of Learning and Development and the Talent Manager support and progress the business through embedding the Talent Development, Performance Management and Employee Engagement programmes. This is a role that will allow you to actively grow and develop within a global setting as well as exposure you to new systems, processes and projects through innovative initiatives and solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience of management development and soft skills training, have experience of designing and delivering training solutions, have responsibility for budgets, and be a strong communicator and relationship builder with the ability to effectively partner with all levels of the business. You will have a degree in a related discipline, and be CIPD or CITD qualified. Ideally you will come from a fast-paced background, be able to establish relationships quickly, will have lead out on L&D initiatives and have a track record of scaling projects.
