Our client, a global electrical goods firm headquartered in Dublin with over 8,000 employees are seeking to hire a Group HR Business Partner to join their business to support them on a significant high profile strategic transformation programme. This newly created position will play a pivotal role in ensuring alignment between strategic business transformation goals and the associated HR deliverables throughout the implementation journey to ensure adherence to industry best practice.
This role will act as an employee champion and change agent to enable the strategic multi-year growth agenda and be the key liaison for leadership, HR and the programme. You will partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to manage the organisational change, analysis and creation of strategies to resolve complex issues and successfully deliver on the HR work streams to deliver on the programme.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a HR qualification and a strong background in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to a multi-site environment. Your experience should include the development and deployment of HR strategy, policies and procedures, change management, stakeholder engagement, organisational improvement projects and complex employee relations cases. You will have a proven ability to make informed decisions and exercise judgement with the capacity, confidence and resilience to make value add decisions.
