A well-established and leading Irish retailer are currently hiring a Head of Human Resources to join their Senior Management team to provide a people focused HR strategy and vision for the business. Leading a team of 3 and supporting a multisite headcount, this key position in the business will guide the HR team to deliver a first in class HR service and focus on developing strategic HR initiatives including; performance management, compensation and benefits and talent management.
As the new Head of HR, you will be responsible for;
The ideal candidate for this role will have a primary degree in a relevant discipline and a CIPD qualification, at least 8 years’ experience in a service driven environments and strong business acumen with an ability to operate as an organisational leader to influence at senior level.
High level change management skills, strategic organisational design and development and talent management is essential for this position. In addition to this, exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills are key for success in this role.
