A Global financial services organisation, with operations across Europe, are currently seeking to hire a HR Business Partner to join their well-established team to support the day to day & strategic HR operations on a part-time basis.
As the HR Business Partner, you will support across the broad remit of HR duties. Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training and development and Employee Engagement are key elements of this role. You will also have responsibility for providing advice and guidance to employees in a best practice and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years’ experience and you will hold a degree in a HR related discipline. Possession of excellent communication, numerical, problem solving, and customer related skills are very important.
