My client, a leading cloud-based provider of financial services technology solutions and are currently hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to lead the function for Ireland, working closely with Senior Managers and providing HR solutions for people initiatives in line with the overall strategy.
Working as part of the EMEA HR team, you will work closely on organisational development projects and have responsibility for designing and driving change initiatives that includes; Employee Engagement, Talent Management, performance Management, Training & Development and M&A activity. A pivotal role in the business, the HR Business Partner will represent HR at a Senior Management and Board level and partner with the commercial business from a people perspective.
To consider this incredible opportunity, you will have a relevant degree and be CIPD qualified, hold at least 7+ years’ experience in a challenging HR role, possess a breath of knowledge across all aspects of HR and employment law, have proven influencing, communication, and negotiation skills. You will also have the ability to build credibility and have the gravitas to engage with senior levels within the business.
