An Irish owned leading supplier are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their high performing and growing business.
As HR Generalist, you will provide a first-rate HR service to all employees across the organisation and deliver innovative HR solutions. Supporting employees in Dublin, you will take responsibility for recruitment and selection, training and development, HR projects and employee relations. As well as this, you will effectively support and work closely with colleagues in line with business objectives and provide all departments with critical HR data, ER issues, and general HR support.
The right candidate for this HR Generalist role will have a ‘can do’ attitude and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, have proven ability to deliver a top class operational HR service and possess excellent organisational, time management and communication skills. As well as this you will have the ability to create and develop good working relationships.
