Our client, a large Irish insurance company, are currently seeking a HR Generalist to join their well-established and proactive HR department to support a fast paced business unit across a broad range of HR activities and initiatives to add value to effective business objectives.
As the HR Generalist you will work closely with Senior Management on key HR activities such as; recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and various other HR projects.
The right candidate will have at least 2-3 years' experience in a HR position previously. You will have the ability to work well within a fast paced and changing environment, hold a HR qualification and be CIPD accredited. You will have the energy, ambition and effective communication skills to develop within the organisation and add value to the HR team and overall business.
