Our client, a leading edge global logistics company are currently hiring a new HR Manager to join their business at a time of exciting change, growth and development to lead and support the people initiative locally in alignment with the overall organisational objectives.
As the HR Manager, you will have full responsibility to establish and develop the Irish HR function and represent local HR in an international setting with a focus on operational and commercial Human Resource issues that will include; employee relations, training and development, performance management and succession planning whilst leading out on change initiatives, employee engagement and communications.
The ideal HR Manager will be qualified to degree level and have at least 5 plus years’ experience in a senior HR position, CIPD is desirable. You should be able to display strong generalist experience as well as having worked with industrial relations and various strategic HR projects. You will also possess strong communication skills, relationship building skills and have the proven ability to partner with and support senior leaders in the business locally and internationally.
