Our client is a well-known, innovative Irish organisation operating in a competitive market and offering their customer base a wide variety of choice. Currently, the group seek to hire a HR Manager to join them at a crucial time to establish and develop the HR function, partner and collaborate with senior leaders and the wider business and create a people strategy that aligns to the overall organisational strategy at this time of change and continued growth.
Reporting to the HR Director, this newly created HR Manager will have responsibility to support the organisation both operationally and strategically using best practice HR practices. The successful candidate will provide day to day management of the HR function by overseeing all aspects of HR including; talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations and engagement, succession planning and compensation and benefits. You will also support the organisation in defining their culture and values to deliver a future focused agile organisational structure.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a background in a variety of industry sectors and will possess experience in leading out on a range of HR related activities. A Bachelor's Degree in HR with a CIPD qualification is essential and the candidate must have high levels of emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills and strong commercial acumen.
