HR Operations Coordinator

A leading media and entertainment organisation are looking for a HR Ops Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. This is currently an exciting time within the organisation and this role boasts the opportunity to develop skills and expertise within an impressive HR function. This contract will initially run for 1 year.

The Role

To support HR Team Leads in the administration and coordination of a busy and fast paced HR department with specific emphasis on leave requests.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Processing HR and Line Management instructions utilising relevant HR systems and the issuing of appropriate documentation e.g. letters, salary certs, contracts, etc.
  • Assisting with the planning and organising of HR activities, e.g. interviews, events and initiatives etc.
  • Responding to HR queries proactively and accurately by telephone, email, or in person
  • Assisting in research, analysis, etc. for the overall HR Department
  • Ensuring the smooth resolution of enquiries in a customer-focussed manner
  • Other ad-hoc duties that may be required from time to time

The Person

The successful candidate must have a ‘can do approach’ and lots of initiative. The successful candidate will have previous experience within HR Administration and experience with all aspects of HR. You must be comfortable with MS Office packages and HR systems.
