An established global network organisation with offices in USA, Europe and Asia-Pacific are currently seeking to hire a high achieving HR & Organisational Development Executive to join their team to work closely with key stakeholders in the business on a range of strategic initiatives including; employee engagement, internal communications, project management and HRIS.
This newly created position will have the responsibility to deliver on a range of OD projects of strategic importance across the organisation and will play a key role in the delivery of the ‘people’ element of a new Global HQ project. As the HR & OD professional you will work autonomously to enhance the delivery of HR & OD briefing material to the wider organisation through building strong relationships, being solutions focused and demonstrating the ability to negotiate, influence and project manage effectively.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a relevant degree in HR or OD, possess sound judgement and decision making abilities, have the ability to work effectively without direction and be experienced in working with multiple stakeholders and various priorities.
