Our client is a global medical technology company that is advancing the world of health by improving medical discovery, diagnostics and the delivery of care, and are currently seeking to hire a HR Partner to join their Dublin site to deliver the HR agenda to their employees, in line with organisational objectives.
As the HR Partner, you will partner with the HR team to provide a first in class HR service with a focus on Coaching, Training, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement and Welfare, Performance and Reward Management and Employee Relations. Supporting specific client groups operationally, this role will also be involved in strategic HR projects and initiatives and will partner with global colleagues on the overall HR strategy.
The ideal candidate for this critical role in the business will have 6-8 years’ experience in Human Resources with at least 4 of those operating at a senior level. You will be used to working at a proactive fast pace with autonomy and will have experience in dealing with senior leaders in the business effectively. You must possess a proven ability to operate in a collaborative manner and have a positive can-do attitude displaying a high degree of enthusiasm, commitment and motivation.
A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required, an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and a qualified member of CIPD is also necessary.
