Internal Communications and Engagement Manager

A global FMCG organisation seeks to appoint to the new created role of Internal Communications and Engagement Manager. The central purpose of this role will be to improve communication and engagement across the organisation at all levels. The Internal Communications and Engagement Manager will be reporting into the Chief People Officer.

The Role

  • Delivering the internal communication strategy aligned with the business objectives. Working closely with the HR Team, L&D and Marketing team and other key stakeholders.
  • Communicating to the business across multiple channels. This will include using different methods of communication to different levels across the business.
  • Working with Learning and Development in leading the new global purpose, mission and purpose.
  • Ensuring employee engagement is embedding for all employees and the company culture.

The Person

  • You will have 2 - 5 years' experience working in a similar role leading and delivering a communication and engagement strategy.
  • Previous experience working in FMCG is important when operating in a fast paced environment. This includes, consumer goods, food manufacturing, food distribution, wholesalers, retail, medical devices or pharmaceutical.
  • Experience working with an organisation with multiple sites and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work with changing demands and demonstrating a true connection with the company and people.
