Our client is an established Irish retailer searching for an L&D Executive to join their leading HR function in supporting their employees. Here you will work in the heart of Dublin City Centre with the opportunity to join their learning and development function.
Working within the HR team you will take ownership for designing and delivering core training workshops including; induction, trainee management, manual handling and coaching skills. You will provide an exceptional employee experience by identifying and meeting learning needs for all team members. The ideal candidate will create tools and materials to support the delivery of high impact training. You will work closely with area managers and store teams to plan and deliver training activities instore.
You will have a minimum of two years’ experience gained in a learning and development role; or prior experience in a HR capacity would be beneficial. Being a strong team player, you will be eager to get involved in key projects, with the ability to multitask and build relations of with internal stakeholders. You will hold a relevant qualification in HR or training.
