Job description

HRM have been retained by a global organisation, a leader in its field with a vast and diverse employee population, to appoint a Leadership Development and Learning Partner. This key hire will be critical in leading Leadership Development for Mid to Senior employees in addition to being the dedicated Learning Partner for the assigned service line.

The Role

  • Responsible for the creation and implementation of the Leadership Development Strategy and supporting portfolio.
  • Lead the content design and roll-out of Leadership Development curriculum across the Island of Ireland practice from Assistant Manager to Director Level.
  • Provide coaching as part of the Leadership Development plans.
  • Review and develop Learning maps and competency framework for Leadership Development programs and Consulting/DA service lines.
  • Participate in Talent assessments to support local and regional assessment centres for pathways to partner's programme.
  • Incorporate the 70:20:10 model across all leadership development programs.
  • Represent Ireland Talent & OD team on Global and Regional Leadership Development milestone events and Learning design concepts.
  • Creation, negotiation and monitoring of the learning budget (EMEIA; UKI)- to include the creation of monthly reforecasts and monthly accruals and reporting to finance, operations and key stakeholders
  • Complete regular training needs analysis and solution implementation in conjunction with the business/learning champions.
  • Manage & lead the deployment of the Graduate induction & onboarding curriculum for Consulting & Data Analytics Service line.
  • Develop relationships across the business to build a strong network.
  • Trusted advisor to the People Leadership Team.
  • Design and deliver Learning at Work campaigns and content to promote a learning culture and consumption by rank and Service Line.
  • Support the development and deployment of the Career framework in collaboration with regional talent and learning leads.
  • Promote and incorporate a DEI focus on all Leadership and Development content. In collaboration with the DEI Lead and Head of Talent & OD support the DEI ambition of representation at Mid and Senior level appointments.
  • Internal facilitator for Service Line bespoke engagement and professional development team learning
  • Course evaluation, reporting, feedback for internal and external facilitators and course amendments where necessary.
  • Role model and career coach for Talent Associate and Supervisory Associate levels.
  • Talent & OD Projects, e.g., Support and Lead Talent wide continuous improvement and transformation projects using an agile approach.
  • Liaise and manage relationships with external vendors.

The Person

  • 3+ years' experience at Senior Management level accountable for Leadership Development.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing Leadership Development content from mid careers to senior levels of experience within the organisation.
  • Learning and development experience in a professional services firm or similar (education; financial Services)
  • Extensive facilitation experience.
  • Accredited assessor in 360 Psychometric assessments such as Tracom social styles or equivalent.
  • Experienced Lifestyle Inventory & Highest performing team coach facilitator.
  • Identify, in consultation with the business and learning champions, future training requirements based on Transformational Leadership Model and Purposeful Growth business strategy.
  • Demonstrate progressive learning techniques using digital tools and learning models supporting a hybrid learning and working environment.
  • CIPD qualification (desirable).
  • Experience of coaching and developing colleagues within the wider Talent Team.
  • Budget creation, negotiation and management experience.
  • Excellent team leader and player- ability to integrate and build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to present and report to leadership and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Project management skills, plan and prioritize work, meet deadlines.
  • Coaching qualification desirable but not essential.
