Learning & Development Co-Ordinator

This organisation is Irelands largest privately owned agri-food business. Today the company operates from two state of the art facilities. They are a recognised leader in cooked ingredients in Europe, and 80% of their output is exported to over 30 countries worldwide.

The Role:

This organisation is now recruiting for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the Group Senior HR Manager in all aspects of the employee experience in the design and delivery of a HR and Learning & Development culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis alongside internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate the organizations management development programme
  • Manage the Learning & Development centre
  • Manage the new starter process
  • Maintain HR files and provide general administrative support to the wider HR team
  • Manage regular health & wellbeing activities in conjunction with external suppliers

The Person:

The successful Learning & Development Coordinator will have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar position preferably within a MNC environment
  • CIPD accreditation/ HR degree is essential
  • Full clean driving license and access to your own car
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this is an essential competency for this role
