Our client, a new bio-pharmaceutical organisation in the Irish market is expanding their global manufacturing operations network with a state-of-the-art campus in North Leinster. They are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Benchtop System IT Engineer on an initial 12-month contract basis.

The Role

• You will manage and execute the delivery manufacturing benchtop equipment and interfaces.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule timelines.

• You will actively participate in the creation of project deliverables such as design documents, configuration build, and installation and validation activities as required by the Manufacturing Benchtop equipment project manager.

• You must ensure all equipment meets compliance requirements.
• You will be in regular contact with project leadership, updating them on the manufacturing benchtop equipment roadmap and platform strategy.

The Person

• You will be degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Manufacturing systems IT solutions position. This experience would preferably have come in a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical environment.
• Knowledge and experience with facility start-up projects (brown field or green field).
• You need to have excellent systems experience with the likes of, Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, Windows NT, 98, XP, Win 7, MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, MS Office 2003/2010/2013, MS Office Communicator, MS Lync 2010/2013, MS SharePoint 2007/2010, LAN/WAN/VPN.
• It would be highly valuable to have strong working knowledge of 21 CFR 11 compliance requirements.
