Master Data Lead

Our client is one of the fastest growing Global Pharmaceutical companies in the market currently. The company has a strong portfolio of products across Oncology, Pain Management, Anti-Infectives and Cardiovascular. They have multiple manufacturing sites in Ireland along with a Global Supply Hub with global revenues in excess of $9billion.

The Role

As our client expands their operations, they are looking for a Master Data Lead to join their operations on a permanent basis. The role reports to the Head of Global Master Data and will be based at our client’s Global Supply Hub in Dublin.

Working closely with the Planning and Supply Chain team, the successful candidate will responsible for:

  • Serving as global functional expert for supply chain planning master data
  • Leading data quality improvement initiatives with Global Supply Chain Management while partnering with the Data Quality Management team to develop relevant data quality KPIs, scorecards and reports
  • Updating and developing policies and procedures with focus on operational efficiencies through data quality and process standardisation
  • Managing day-to-day master data management activities across a virtual global organisation
  • Developing continuous improvement mindset by constantly striving for ways to strengthen “end to end” process perspective for complex global supply chain processes
  • Leading supply chain data workstreams within SAP roll-out projects (data cleansing, migration, user training, etc.)

The Person

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ relevant experience, with a background in Master Data or as a Business Analyst. Successful candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. Pharmaceutical experience is ideal but not essential. SAP experience is a must have and experience with Rapid Response would be nice.
