Job description

Our client is a global medical device healthcare solutions company who are committed to improving lives through medical technologies, services, and solutions. They operate across 350 facilities in 150 countries, with an innovative portfolio of over 46,000 patents. They are currently looking for a Project Coordinator IV to join the team. This opportunity is initially pitched as a 12 month contract, with likelihood of extension.

Hybrid working model, approximately 2 days per week on site.

The Role

Key Responsibilities would include:

  • Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
  • Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
  • Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
  • Gathers and compiles information for reports.
  • Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

The Person

In order to be considered for this exciting Project Coordinator IV opportunity, specific requirements for the successful candidate would include:

  • Level 8 degree with 3+ years relevant experience in Project Administration, Project Coordination or Project Management
  • Requires advanced practical knowledge within a specific discipline typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education.
  • Experience / knowledge of medical devices or healthcare would be beneficial, but not a requirement.
  • Experience using various Microsoft tools, and general project management and roadmapping tools.
