One of Ireland's Big 6 law firms seeks to hire a Professional Support Lawyer to its Corporate Department. The appointee will support the lawyers in the busy corporate team, focusing on M&A, across a number of areas including knowhow management and dissemination, preparation of tenders and the design and delivery of learning and development (L&D) programmes. This is a full-time role, reporting to the Head of Corporate and the Head of L&D. The successful candidate will work directly with Corporate M&A Practice Group Leaders, other M&A corporate partners, and the Head of Knowledge Management, to ensure coherent and consistent knowledge management and L&D programmes.

Suitable candidates will have gained 5 years' + PQE in corporate M&A with a top rated team in the Dublin, Cork or UK market. In addition, candidates will have excellent communication and research skills along with the desire to work in a collegiate, team based environment.
