PV Quality and Compliance Manager

A pharmaceutical supplier with a worldwide market presence boasting an extensive productive portfolio is seeking to appoint a Pharmacovigilance (PV) Quality and Compliance Manager onto their team. Your role will be a blend of project management, auditing, training, KPI’s and management of pharmacovigilance quality management systems.

The Role

As a PV Quality and Compliance Manager, you will liaise with PV affiliates to continuously monitor, operate and effectively manage the PV QMS systems.

You will also be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Conducting risk-based audits at regular intervals and complete CAPA process
  • Leading, mentoring and supporting cross functional project teams and identify improvements where necessary
  • Communicating globally on updates with affiliate compliance co-ordinators
  • Generating project implementation plans for main and sub-projects ensuring full compliance is adhered to and in line with company policies

The Person

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following:

  • Thorough understanding of PV Quality Systems
  • Proven track record in a dynamic and fast-moving operational environment
  • 5+ years’ in the pharmaceutical industry
  • PV Quality Management Systems development, implementation and continuous improvement
  • Working experience carrying out audits on PV QMS systems
